Shipping Policy

The delivery time may vary from 3 to 5 business days, depending on the shipping provider. Please note that deliveries are made during the day, on weekdays. It is therefore important to provide an address where you are present. For example: at work.

The available delivery options when validating the Cart:

• Colissimo Delivery at €6.90 or free for purchases over €75
• Express Delivery started from €15 or free for purchases over €300
• Mondial Relais Delivery at €4 or free for purchases over €75

Return Policy

• You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return any item at your own expense;
• The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with their original tags;
• If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
• Items purchased during sales or exceptional sales events (sales, private sales, VIP sales, flash sales, accessories only) are not accepted and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
• Once the item is received by our service, it will be checked, and then refunded or replaced according to your choice.
• These rules apply only for online purchases. Please note that purchases made in-store can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit, we do not offer refunds in-store.

In case of any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping and return costs may be at your expense.
